Pineapple Mango Smoothie Bowl 10 MIN • 1–2 SERVINGS

INGREDIENTS 1½ cups frozen pineapple chunks 1 cup frozen mango chunks 1 cup passionfruit juice ½ cup coconut milk 1 banana, peeled and sliced 1/3 cup blueberries 1/3 cup granola ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional) 1 tsp chia seeds

1 Add pineapple, mango, passionfruit juice, and coconut milk ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until smooth, adding additional liquid as needed to achieve a thick but pourable consistency. Divide into one or two serving bowls. 2 Top smoothie bowls evenly with banana slices, blueberries, granola, shredded coconut and chia seeds. DIRECTIONS
