INGREDIENTS 1 Can of Tuna 1/2 Avocado 2 Stalks of Celery 1/4 Cup Red Onions Salt and Pepper to taste Half of a Cucumber

DIRECTIONS Drain the can of tuna and pour it into a mixing bowl. Scoop out half of an avocado and mix it in with the tuna. Finely chop the celery and red onion and add to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Slice half of a cucumber and use the cucumber slices to scoop the tuna salad.
